Same with me. I used Transparency masks and i see a
lot of dusts or dots and they get replicated in the
process.

I tried to remove dots by cleaning in saop
solution,water ,acetone,IPA. But those dots remian
there.

But when i etch more.,Then these dots r gone due to
undercut.
