            well anyone knows abt mems resonator and basics of mems
resonator  then plz help...
my basic aim is to extract parameters of mems resonator with the help of
genetic algorithm...
i have used reduce order modelling and its equations for extraction of those
parameters..
            My question is i Will not get exact value of those parameters,
but i will get 100%  curve fitting.. so WATS its meaning???so now i need to
know inner system knowledge and how resonator works and all this...
            if anyone knows then plz help....
