Hi everyone,
Does anybody know the detailed recipe for RIE to remove Ti?
I learned that SF6 is for Ti but I don't know the exact total
recipe,(combination and ratio, pressure of SF6 and other gases if
necessary) also how much power I should apply, how fast is the rate...
Can someone give me information about Ti RIE remove?
