Dear All,

I need one or two 4" Si wafers with 250A of thermal oxide.  I've sent
this request to two companies and they either don't respond or they keep
making excuses why they are late (6 weeks now).  Can anyone recommend a
place that will sell me these wafers or does someone have an oxidation
furnace that can oxidize two 4" wafers for me?
