I've found it to be a couple minutes (maybe 1-3 minutes).  It might even
be bonded in 30 seconds or so, but I never tried to pull it apart in
less than a minute. But if it's only been 10-20 seconds, you can
definitely pull it apart. However, I found that if you pull it apart
during those first few seconds and then put it back together, it doesn't
bond well.
