Hi,

The O2 plasma treated PDMS will attach to the O2 plasma treated glass
immediately. You can observe the change of the color of the interface in several
seconds. after one night, I tested the adhesive force by scrape the PDMS, part
of the piece of PDMS was splited but the remainder was still on the glass.
I put the sample into DI water or IPA. the PDMS is still kept on the glass.
