hi all
i want to make a microchannel having dimensions < 500 micron.m  on a
material which must be transparent to Nd:YAG lasers.so i need help
regarding this.

1.Material and Type of etching process or Technolgy be used for making
channel
2.Sources from where those can be obtained as earliset as possible.(I
based in INDIA, so any sources from india, its good )
3.Can a microchannel of any dimensions be readily purchased from any company?
