Is there a recipe to remove aluminum together with alumina?
I use 80% H3PO4 at high temperature of 80degreeC to remove it.
It appears there is a milky dirt at the surface, may induced by the H3PO4.
Is there other recipe, but not etch silicon or SiO2?
