Good morning.
I need to build up a structure with dimension 50 micron (wide) x 3 mm
(long) x 100 micron (high) x 200 micron (pitch).
My friend told me that Riston resist maybe suitable for it. Does
anyone have some experience for using Riston resist to build up
similar structure?
