A question about Keithley 6221 AC and DC current source

Hello, Is any one experienced with using keithley 6221
here?
I want to generate continuous pulse current to
activate my heat sensitive device, but 6221 is
required to combine with a Keithley 2182A
nanovoltmeter to generate pulse and delta output.
Unfortunately, we do not have 2182/2182A. I am
wondering if I can still use 6221 to generate pulse
output or not with out the nanovoltmeter.
Thanks!
