I found one book  that might be helpful for you:
Encyclopedia of Clean Rooms/White Rooms/Sterile Rooms, 2nd Ed.
By Dr. Philip R. Austin, P.E.
Acorn Products, 1995
We have Federal Specification No.209, but it is December 16, 1963 publication,
and I am not sure how to order it. The best way to find - search on Internet.

I came across a request to
you for information on Clean Room Standards.  Did you have information
available?  I am also trying to get this information.  I was told that
the Gov't has a publication (209E) that has this info but I have been
unable to determine what agency has it.  Any info you could supply
would be appreciated.
