Ash,
I had student prepare a web page several years ago with information about
companies that manufacture small optical components. The URL is
http://www.mal.uic.edu/opticman.html
Some of the information may be out of date. At that time the smallest
conventional prisms we could find were approximately 1 mm on a side. I
think we ordered them from Melles Griot. I have a short poster paper online
that has some pictures showing two of the prisms mounted together to form a
beamsplitter cube of approximately 1.5 mm on each side.
http://www.mal.uic.edu/miniatur.htm and http://www.mal.uic.edu/panel6.htm
Hope this helps.
