You can purchase an electroless nickel plating kit, a company called
Transene used to sell this but, I am not sure if they still do.  The
kits are relatively inexpensive.
The adhesion to PMMA may present an issue however I am not sure of this.

        I am not able to find a simple way of doing
electroless Nickel plating on PMMA patterned silicon
wafer. Can any one provide me any PDF file or any
