Hi all,

   i need few information regarding Ni electroplating,

      1) whats the maximum thickness one can achieve using Ni
electrplating. (For my application, i need 100 micron thick Ni. Can it
be electroplated?)....

      2) any literature regarding Ni electroplating which particularly
deals with more thickness achievement with good surface finish... (I
guess, as the thickness increases, surface roughness also
increases...)
