There is a process called electroless nickel plating.
Electrolytes can be bought at SURTEC or ATOTECH.

You just dip your Substrate into the solution and the plating occurs at the
surface. It works with copper to!
Both need a slightly conductive layer to get good results.
Maybe you have to evaporate a conductive layer (Copper would be the best, or
PD seeds or graphite, or oxidizing) on top of your substrate first.

Good luck!

Sebastian

Hi All,
I am not able to find a simple way of doing
electroless Nickel plating on PMMA patterned silicon
wafer. Can any one provide me any PDF file or any
procedure to do Electroless Nickel plating.
