My name is Carlos Saleiro. I am  portuguese student in my final year, and
I'm working on a project regarding the LIGA technic, in Universidade Nova
de Lisboa/Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, with Professor Braz
Fernandes. I'm working with a sample, wich consists in a wafer of
cristaline silicon <100>, with a CVD deposition of chromium, fallowed by a
CVD deposition of gold.

My intrest lay's in Si-metal interfaces mainly in the interfaces between
Si-Cr, Si-Au, and Cr-Au (structural morphology).

Because of the lack of information, in such subject I would appriciate that
you could guide me, or provide me some informatio that may help me regardin
the previus subject.
