Dear Friends,

 Do any of you have experience in using ISE TCAD? I am a beginner user and would
like to know if there are some examples showing how to use the software from
process to device characterisation.

I have tried to use the examples provided in the tool but they start from
already existing models. I want to know the flow from scratch. I want to do 3D
simulations of multiple-gate mosfets and so need to know how to use this.

Any help inthis regard would be useful.
