   does anyone know of any HF resistant coatings?
also I was curious to know what could happen if, when sputtering Ti/Pt =
electrodes on Si/SiO2 substrate, the Ti layer was not deposited....in =
other words, is it possible to deposit Pt on Si/SiO2 directly?
