Dip Coating resists and viscosity

I have been trying to locate someone who makes large format dip coaters
but I have not had any luck. We work mostly with large glass plates, and
we need a dip coater with interior measurements of at least 42"x42".
Most likely we will just design one ourselves, but does anyone have any
suggestions as to what photoresist to use in dip coating, or what
consistency to keep the resist at? We currently use 1818 that is diluted
approximately 1:1 with thinner. I just want to get an idea as to what
other industries are doing as far as positive photoresists and dip
coating goes.

Thanks,

Dave Casale
