Silicon Designs, Inc. is near Seattle.  We have the capabilities to do
what you ask.  Are you talking about etching into the Aluminum 25
microns?   It would depend on exactly what you were after whether or not
we could do it.

I need to find a company (preferably, but not necessarily, on the west
coast) that can apply a resist layer to a 2.5" square of aluminum oxide
