The substrate stays at the lowest temperature during a metal deposition
when using e-beam evaporation.  Lay off the Kool-Aid.  YOU are not cool by
any means!

Contrary to many postings here, E-beam evaporation is thermal evaporation;
the charge is not cool by any means.
