The 1996 ACM/SIGDA Physical Design Workshop will have a special focus on
opportunities in CAD for MEMS. This will be a great opportunity to get the VLSI
CAD people thinking about some of our design problems. I encourage anyone doing
work on design automation for MEMS, or CAD for MEMS in general, to submit
papers. The call for papers is available on the isi.edu server, or you can

on April 15-17, 1996.
