Dear all,
           I am working on GaAs samples.Usually I will use small piece of sample
for my processing.For ease of handling generally I will stick the sample on a
bigger size Si sample using PPR.But for high temperature processing I could not
use PPR for sticking purpose.Can you suggest any other material.
