It depends on the design, but with many acclerometers, a voltage change like
that can result in a change in output of the device.  We (Silicon Designs,
Inc.  www.silicondesigns.com) use this effect to simulate vibration and even
high acceleration in our devices.  If you have unknown fluctuations, then
you are just adding to the noise of the device.

i want to know the consequence if the voltage on electrode-plates
(fingers) of a microaccelerometer is unstable (for example, changes between
-5% and +5%)?
