One of the technologies is utiliziing RF ID tag technology where the device gets
power from the RF signal coming into the device. It transmits data by using
part of the energy of the RF signal. There are numerous sites on the internet
that go farther in depth on the subject. I know Penn State University is doing
alot of research on wireless MEMS.

Hi!
Could someone provide me some informations on wireless operating MEMS?
For example, do you know how are power and data handeld?
Thank you very much.
