Let me borrow from a TV series by asking,

Where in the world is L. A. Field?

He co-authored a paper (with professor Richard Muller) on "Low Temperature
Silicon-silicon bonding with oxides." presented at The Electrochemical Society
Meeting, Philadelphia, PA, May 1987.  I have made a library request for this
paper, but wondering if anyone has a copy handy to share (will pay for
copyright).
