You can buy wafer dicing saw blades and put them onto milling machines.
Its not elegant but it does work.

Following this post, I have the same problem. I have been looking on the
internet for a long time, but basically dicing saws (for silicon, in my
case) are really bulky, big and expensive. It would be nice to have a
dicing saw that can just be put on a table for cutting wafers or dicing
smaller samples.

Any suggestions?
