Dear All,

I am currently modeling in ANSYS workbench. I am considering damping
coefficient, but I get the error message:

If a downstream modal superposition harmonic analysis needs performed
with constant damping coefficient (MP,DMPR command) please use the QR
damp eigensolver (MODOPT=3DQRDAMP). Current eigensolver, MODOPT=3DLANB,
does not support MP,DMPR material property in a subsequent modal
  harmonic analysis.

Does this refer to a setting I need to change? If so is it possible to
change this without using the command object?

Many thanks
