Hi all
I wonder if anybody is familiar with reliable wafer thinning service
providers with fast turnaround time. I need to thin some 525um thick 4"
silicon wafers down to 200um. I've asked for quote from several wafer
vendors and some wafer thinning companies. Either the prices is too high,
~$90/piece, or the turnaround time is too long, ~3weeks. I wonder if anybody
knows thinning service providers with a good compromise in price and time.
