Hi all,
i'm looking for SIMOX wafers having 20nm device layer and 40nm box layer.
SimGui at the present time can not provide this material. I've tried to
contact also Ibis and Universitywafers, but none of them can supply this
material. Are out of there institure research or commercial suppliers able
to provide this material ?
