Dear All,

I am using ANSYS Workbench to do electromechanical simulation (piezoelectric
materials). I need to get the Z VS frequency plot for my resonator using
Harmonic analysis, but when I run the simulation I get the following error
message:

UNABLE TO OPEN FILE.RST

Does anybody know the reason? Is it a licencing fault or a bad commands entered?
