hi!! i have a question,
when fabricated planar waveguides with SU-8 2005 and measured they
effective index (TE, TM) with METRICON, the result low birefringence
(ne-no), is induced by the waveguide or by the polymer SU-8?? hope someone
can give me a hint :D my bests regards
