What size circles?  I have colleagues using 200 mm wafers with ITO LCD
processing.

I was wondering if any one can help me in finding vendors who supply ITO
coated circular glass substrates?

I can see that ITO coated glass slides are available ,but I cant find
anyone for circular substrates.We need circular substrate for our work.
