The status of the proceedings from Transducers for selected years:
1989: (Montreux) was published in Sensor and Actuators A (Physical), March
1990, vol.A22, (no.1-3)
1991: (San Francisco) was not published outside of the conference to the best
of my knowledge
1993: (Yokohama) was not published outside of the conference to the best of my
knowledge
1995: (Stockholm) Authors of papers presented at Transducers 1995 were asked to
be resubmitted to Elsevier so that they could be published in Sensors and
Actuators, after the papers are peer reviewed. I do not know when this volume
of the journal will be published.

The proceedings from MEMS 1994 (Nagoya, Japan) is now available for purchase
from IEEE (1-800-678-4333) for $45.
