Hi everyone,

I am looking for an inductive readout circuit with a resolution 4 nH (0.1% of
full scale) working in a frequency range of 50-100 MHz. It should measure
inductance of a sensor (in the range of 0-4 uH) by reading resonance frequency.
Does anybody have any idea about that?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
