Hi

I have bonded some of the oxidized silicon wafers with Corning #7740
the time of bonding increases but has anybody tried to check the limit
of glass wafer or even the maximum oxide thickness at which wafers can be
bonded

Moreover, if somebody have the Melting Point and Softening point of Corning
#7740 please let me know
