Hello,

I wrote the Windows shareware program PostCIF, which allows you to
convert CIF files (Compass, L-Edit, CleWIN ), DXF files (AutoCAD, ...)
and .ly files (Compass) into CIF (Compass / CleWIN) or PostScript.

The program is intended to make the different file formats more
compatible and to create PostScript masks for low-cost mask production.
