Hi Ben Pepin,

The thickness depends on the material you want to deposit on a given
substrate and the quality of deposit you would like to achieve. I have
deposited about 10 microns gold on a silicon substrate patterned with
a Chromium-Gold seeding. There might be a thicker deposit than what I
have mentioned but then again it depends various process variables, coat
quality, material deposited and the substrate.

Regards,
Prasanna
