spin coating PEDOT:PSS

Hi,

I'm looking for a procedure for spin coating PEDOT:PSS. I'll be working with
PEDOT:PSS 1.3-1.7% in H2O trying to get its thickess to about 90nm on
a 4 inch wafer.

PEDOT:PSS will be used to aid conductivity between gold
electrodes(cross junction) and a Self-assembled monolayer.

Since it is in water, what concentrations of PEDOT:PSS is adaquate for
good conductivity? (About 30 S/cm)

Do I pre-treat/dilute the PEDOT:PSS with something first? What
spin/post heating procedure should I use?

Any insight will help...

Thanks.
