Karl,
Polymicro Technologies makes a variety of fused silica capillaries
that range from 2 microns ID (that would be metric ;)) higher.
ODs vary from 150 to 350 or so.
Etching: HF conc.
Contact me if you have more questions.
I have made tubes 3 micron ID 20 micron OD by etching: it's
beautiful at those dimensions.
Out of curiousity: what do you use these tubes for??
I use them for microbubble production.
