Hello,

I've been looking everywhere for information on thick- and thin-film resonators
in MEMS
technology.  I've scoured the web, and can't seem to find any information on
these MEMS
resonators.  I'm looking to see what has been developed, who is doing the work,
and
whatever else information I can get.  Again, I've looked everywhere and have
had quite
limited success.

Please help me find the information I am looking for.
I truly appreciate your help.
