Photo resist is sensitive to U.V. light. There is about 2% U.V. in
normal white light which makes resist sensitive to white light. If you
use normal precautions you can expose resist with white light just
expect a long exposure time. Bill Moffat

Subject: [mems-talk] Photoresist sensitive to visible wavelengths
Hi all,
I am searching for a photoresist that is sensitive to visible wavelength
of light.
especially in 600-800 nm region. I found a conference paper in which
SU-8 3050BW.
a photoresist sensitive to visible range of light, was used. However, I
could not find any information about SU-8 3050BW.
Or is it possible to modify conventional photoresist to be sensitive to
visible spectrum by using photoinitiator and photosensitizer?
Thanks,
Kim, Seung Hoon
