Subject: [mems-talk] Displacement function for cirque diaphragm under pressure

Hello everyone!

Is there any approximate or empirical expressions of the displacement
function of the cirque diaphragm ( e.g., w(r,θ), polar coordinates) under a
pressure load p, where the radius of inside and outside circle is r,R, central
angle θ0, and flexure rigidity D ?

Any literature references related to this would also be appreciated.
