Hi All

                 We are setting up a 100 class clean room in our institute. So I
would like to know about the safety for gas handling in such an environment. It
will be appreciated well if anyone can provide me a link or some details to know
more about the gas handling especially silane and such poisonous gases as we are
using PECVD and DRIE.. Thanks in advance.
