Dear Colleagues:

In my openion achieving large out-of-plane controlled motion using mems would
be of more interest rather than just getting a tall structure..

Who holds the record for this?

P.S. Dr. Scott Goodwin-Johansson, here at MCNC has made tall structures several
mm tall using Pister hinges..(looks like this term is catching on!!)
