Literature for galvanic corrosion

I need some information regarding galvanic corrosion. It is known
that, when 2 or more metals come into contact in an electrolyte, etch
rate of the least noble metal is increased due to galvanic corrosion.
However, I would like to know about any journal article or book
chapter that gives quantitative information regarding different
combination of metals.. Say for example Au- Al, Pt-Al, Pt-Zn, etc..
and the corresponding etch rates in different electrolytes.. This
analysis is required for deciding the fabrication process flow for my
device fabrication which has 3 metal layers.... any suggestion is
appreciated...Thanks in advance..
