Hi everyone,

I want to grow a silicon nitride layer on Si and SiO2 surfaces (for MOS
gate oxide purpose).

1) Did anyone experienced it with rapid thermal processing and has some
recipes?

2) What would be the best CVD recipe to avoid any pinhole and to get the
higher possible dielectric constant?
