Microfludic probing station

Based on my university experience, and my experience at Redwood
Microsystems and NanoInk, no commercial 'microfluidic probe station'
exists. Either unique systems are built from the ground up, or fluidic
(gas or liquid) handling is piggy-backed onto used semiconductor-grade
probe stations. For instance, at Redwood we built microvalve
characterization systems, and MFC and pressure controller systems, from
the ground up.

Subject: [mems-talk] Microfludic probing station

Dear All,

I would like to enquire about a microfluidic probing station with a
microscopic assembly to perform microfluidic applications in our
laboratory.
I shall be highly grateful if anybody can give me any details of such
an
equipment and the contact person.

Thanks in advance.
