According to the manufacturer, all organice that make the silver paster "fluid"
will evaporate/burn of at the temperature stated (something about 650 C) and
leave 100% pure silver, but as said, solid silver, no paste. Though if you
anyway heat up your sample to that temperature there sholdn't be any
contaminants if you bake it thoroughly.
Our problem was mainly that our substrate couldn't withstand the temperature it
required to bake.

My concern is only if it will contaminate the vacuum. I want to bake it
first and then put it in a chamber at quite high vacuum and around 7 800
degree.
Do you know if it contains something which will contaminate?
