PDMS peel off problem

hi,

Usually, a release layer like FDTS Self assembled monolayer would be more
appropriate(10µl and SAM formation for 30mins will work) and 50° over night
will work after that, I did 70° overnight like this, yes it worked and is
very uniform. All the best.

Regards,
Righeira
